In case you desire to acquire one of our pieces but are not having the financial capacity to afford our retail prices (as on our webshop), please contact us at contact@kravnahkoem.earth. We are happy to discuss options together.
1.1 exchange propositions
We are open to accept other-than-monetary propositions of exchange for our pieces. (this includes services, skills, items to trade etc.) Please write us at contact@kravnahkoem.earth. We will be delighted to discuss your proposition.
1.2 events
During our self-organized events we present our pieces at a special price range. Those prices are used only and specifically for those events -see homepage or signal client group for updates on our events-
2. product
all our clothing is created and finished by hand – through moulage or from our developed base patterns – which means all are pièces uniques and can not be remade again.
2.1 bespoke
To cater the wishes of our clients, we do offer a bespoke service. In which we create an unique piece based on one of our previous pieces, or starting completely from your desires. More information at our bespoke page.
2.2 sizing
Due to our peculiar designs we handle our own sizing system. All measurements are provided on the product pages and technical drawings are available under -further specifications- for each piece. When in need of further clarifications reach out to contact@kravnahkoem.earth
2.3 material
We handle a strict policy on solely using second-hand materials until better options will be available for us. (This is a continuous research) Because of the use of second-hand fabrics, we most of the times can not provide the composition of our fabrics. We do always provide information on the place of acquisition or origin.
2.4 washing & care
The pieces of clothing we make can be fragile to careless behavior. The materials and techniques we use can be delicate and precious and therefore demand attention in how they are treated.
For stains we advice for all our pieces a mild hand-wash in lukewarm water, with ecological detergent. To get rid of smells in our pieces we advice to place them in the fridge and let them stay overnight, it does miracles.
3. orders
Direct acquisitions online are not possible, only in conversation through e-mail & phone. Krav Nah Koem offers a familiar & personal order process, providing high-tailored service for our clients. First contact will always be through e-mail. From there the client decides whether they prefer mail or phone contact. Response within 24hrs, mon t/m sa.
4. shipping
We ship all our orders within 3 days after receiving payment. Delivery time and costs depend on the clients country of residence and will be calculated and discussed during the order process, herein we handle a complete transparency. Our client will receive a track and trace code to follow their piece(s) the day the order is shipped.
5. return
Pieces are to return free of costs when unhappy within 14 days after receipt. To return please reach out to contact@kravnahkoem.earth
6. refund
Pieces send back to us within 14 days after receipt, will be completely refunded. After those 14 days, we don’t refund anymore.
7. reparations
Needle & thread for small self-reparations will be provided with every order. For bigger reparations or reparations requests please reach out to contact@kravnahkoem.earth
Clients are guaranteed free reparations (incl. shipping) of ripping seems etc. within first 6 months, please reach out to contact@kravnahkoem.earth, providing photos of the damage to the piece if our reparation service is allegeable. We still offer reparations after 6 months, for €15 + shipping costs.
8. repurpose
After having worn one our pieces (longer than 14 days), our clients can return them back to us. We will repurpose the fabric in new designs. In return the client doesn’t pay for material costs on their next purchase
